Our pork belly comes from free-range pigs reared by a trusted Suffolk farmer in Blythburgh, where animal welfare and traditional farming methods come first.
This is pork how it used to be.
Beautifully marbled, deeply flavoured and naturally juicy, this is the kind of pork that crackles as it roasts and melts in the mouth when carved. The fat renders down perfectly, basting the meat as it cooks, creating that crisp, golden crackling and tender, succulent layers underneath.
